offerings
With over 10 years of experience helping to facilitate, educate, and guide across generational, class, racial, and cultural divides, I look forward to utilizing my skills and strengths to help you meet your goals.
As a consultant my offerings take three main shapes: facilitation, curriculum development, and class consciousness building. Each of these pieces can stand alone, or be interwoven to meet the desired outcome. Through an exploratory call, we determine the best route to take together.
Facilitating a Stories of the Land: Community Farm at Mill Ridge workshop alongside a close collaborater, Elke Hoffman, who is holding rivercane — rivercane creates endangered ecosystems, canebrakes, that hold important cultural relevance across the Southeast.

As a facilitator, I hold the role of shaping a space, creating a container, and staying attuned to what needs to move throughout our time together.
-
In this offering, I help you identify your learning goals and work creatively to develop new, adaptive, and/or supplemental learning plans and materials in order to meet your outcomes with learners of all ages.

As we live through the greatest transfer of material wealth yet, I am motivated to engage with more individuals, families, groups, and organizations on building class consciousness, and moving into authentic action and responsibility.
orientation to payment
For the sake of building a sustainable earned income as we work to transition to new/old economies, I do charge for my offerings. Currently, my rate for offerings is $30/hour with adjustment to be made based on positionality of whomever I may be working with.
If we choose to work together, I will propose a project plan with an estimated number of hours. From there, we can determine the difference between what feels accessible and what feels like a stretch for payment. I am also open to, and am encouraged by, other forms of reciprocal exchange like trades.
